Refunds and Exchanges

• No exchanges or refunds.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Sale Policy

We will gladly ship our products anywhere in the world, and we value our international customers. All of our shipping is based on the weight of the items ordered and the shipping container, but due to greatly varying international postal rates (and rules), we use the Viet Nam Post Calculator to calculate the shipping. We ask our international customers to send us a conversation and we will advise the exact shipping cost to your country of your entire order. We will refund any excess shipping / handling charges when your purchase has shipped.
We also ask our international customers to include their phone number for the customs form.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, as is the legality of importing the item.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
