• Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Yes we have provisions for customers who want to resell or buy in wholesale quantities. Just contact us.

Returns,Exchange and Refunds
**Returns**
the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Customer should return items to the address below:

Note: We dont' accept returns on custom orders. Returned Items should be in its original state: unworn,
unwashed,not altered and tag still in place.

**Exchanges**
We offer a one time exchange for unworn,unwashed products still with tag still in place.

**REFUND**
For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflected in your account. For PayPal payments, allow 1-2 business days for payment to reflect into your account

Note: Refund value will be affected should returned products have any defects

Custom and personalized orders
We do make custom and personalized orders. Buyer should contact us and provide details of the customization. Such details include personal measurements, fabric type, inscription etc

Sizing details
We use US sizing standards; please refer to the sizing charts before ordering. Better still feel free to contact us for sizing help.

Note: Our men's shirts has ease allowance of 5 inches (13m) at the chest area. Our men's Jackets have 7 inches(17cm) of ease allowance at the chest.

Women's tops have a maximum ease allowance of 2 inches (5cm) while the jackets have a maximum of 4 inches( 10cm)

Ease Allowance is the easing space in the finished garment
