UPDATE: The garment has further issues in quality where the stitching in the top pocket has also come apart. The buckles are also wearing poorly.
I've tried to resolve this with Rema but I've been ghosted and no proposals have been made as to how to rectify this. Very disappointing as initially there was good communication and I was hoping we could resolve.
