Established in 2015 by Samilia Anyan with a vision of being at the forefront of providing the very best the African continent has to offer. We represent a passionate desire of bringing alive Africa’s breath-taking fashion to the intercontinental stage using the legendary, exquisite and durable African print. We started as a small business in Accra, Ghana’s capital and have grown steadily, selling to customers in Ghana and around the globe. Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

RETURN POLICY
Please note that we do not REFUND. However, we allow for exchanges with items of equal value or a top-up to purchase a product of higher value. If you’re looking to exchange your order for whatever reason. We offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Exchange item would be processed and sent within 5-7 working days of receiving your return. please include a copy of your order details with the returned package. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 30-day period. Any item/s received after the 30-day period will not be eligible for an exchange and will be sent back to the customer at their cost.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
