Sankofi is an ethically sourced fashion brand based in Ghana. Established in August 2018 with the aim to create employment in the rural areas of Ghana. We strive to combine a minimalistic style with colorful waxprint fabrics like GTP and Woodin, all printed on the African continent. By using the highest quality materials and supreme handwork we aim to show the world the best of Africa's craftmanship.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
All our items are shipped directly from Ghana to your home. As we wish to guarantee a fast shipping service we ship all our items by DHL. The standard shipping costs are €15,-.
Handling and shipping usually takes 5-10 business days, as we head to the post office in Accra once a week from our production town Assin-Fosu.

We wish to make sure you are happy with your Sankofi purchase. Therefor we offer the following return options:
Full priced items: Exchange, credit note or refund.
Sale items and discounted items: Exchange or credit note.
If you wish to return an item, the item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. All items must be returned within 21 days of purchase. Please send us an email when you decide to return an item with the reason why you wish to return it. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Shipping costs of outgoing and return shipping are non-refundable. However, if an item is faulty or damaged, we will reimburse the shipping charges. Sankofi does not refund international duties and taxes. Please note that we cannot accept the responsibility for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
If you have any specific shipping wishes please contact us directly.
If you would like to be refunded for your return, your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt less the shipping costs incurred by Sankofi. You will receive a confirmation of the refund as soon as the refund is processed. If goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed or given an online store credit voucher. All refunds will be done in the original payment method.
