DBI is a distinctive high quality clothing brand catering to both the male and female shopper. However our primary focus is women’s wear. The brand’s main focus is limited edition garments catered for both causal and office wear style options. We also handle custom made request from within the areas of bridal trains, evening gowns and traditional wears for men. We celebrate our “made in Nigeria” production and cannot wait to see each client rocking our pieces.
Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
RETURN POLICY 1. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. You can exchange your item for another or for a store credit. Please send an email to [email protected] to request an exchange. Requirements The request must be made within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the carrier. Your items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Your articles must be in their original packaging. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged. Once we have received your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your exchange request is approved, you must inform us of the item you wish to exchange within 5 working days. The delivery costs are not refundable. You are responsible for paying your shipping costs for the exchange of your items.
