• No exchanges or refunds.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

Processing time:

Delivery within Lagos takes 3 - 5 working days
Interstate (within Nigeria) takes 5 - 7working days
International shipment takes 10 - 15 working days

Item not delivered?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by selected courier service.

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

Customs and Duties Charges:

Almost all shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Suwa Couture has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility.

Return Policy

We will accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in their original unused condition including original tags attached for a store credit.

All merchandise should be returned within 3 days (Lagos), 5 days (Interstate - Nigeria) and 10 days (International) after delivery. You are able to return for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds at this time.

Returned items must include brand tags .Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.

Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.

All End of season, BLACKOUT, Black Friday and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.

All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.

An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.

You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure returns would be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing.
