We love everything infant and toddler and strive to create products that help simplify life for parents, ensure comfort for children but above all add a touch of beauty and royalty to families who purchase our products. Whether it's a pillow or a dress, we carefully choose colours that are bright and unique and we are diligent in ensuring quality from selecting fabrics to preparation. Our products make excellent baby shower gifts and special occasion "somethings" for little ones so even if you are not a parent, you are most welcome to our shop. Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

RETURNS
-We gladly accept returns. If there is a problem with your product when you receive it or you change your mind, you are welcome to send it back with TRACKED shipping. Once we receive your return we will issue a refund less any duties and taxes. We DO NOT cover cost of shipping or duties and taxes for any returns under any circumstances.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
-All our products will be shipped with tracked shipping. Please note we have no control over shipping delays. We will provide you with an approximate shipping period but please allow for additional Covid19 related delays when you make your order. If you want expedited shipping, we can accommodate your request at an additional cost and we mostly use DHL for expedited shipping..
ORDERS
-Most items will be made to order therefore please allow 1 week preparation period before shipping when you make your order. Some orders will take less time to prepare and may be dispatched earlier but we DO NOT rush the preparation stage as we wish to preserve quality on all our products.
-We stock infant and toddler sizes only. If you would like something made in a larger size for children over 5 years of age please send us a message. We can accommodate such requests but at a price.
