Refunds and Exchanges

• No exchanges or refunds.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

75% deposit before orders will be processed. full payment must be made before delivery/shipping

Shipping
Regular orders placed before 2pm will be processed and shipped out within 48hrs via a courier service.
delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
pre-orders will ship 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of order.

Note that order processing and shipping time may slightly be longer during Sale Events and New collections launches.

Returns
Thera Ason return policy: THE ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, FITTED WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND PACKAGING AND WITH NO MARKINGS/MAKEUP TRACES OR ANY TYPE OF DAMAGE.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED IN OTHERWISE REFUNDS & EXCHANGES CANNOT BE ENFORCED.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED.
