Refunds and Exchanges

• No exchanges or refunds.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

The pieces of our capsule collections are limited edition and are not refundable but only exchangeable for a new part of the same value (return at the customer's expense)

All our pieces are unique, hand-made and made with different fabrics in order to keep the unique side of our outfits.

We have only few pieces with the same fabric.
