RETURNS :
- Return in good shape
- Item must be returned within 14 working days from the day item is received
- All item(s) must be returned and packed securely in the original product packaging (inclusive of all paperwork, packaging, and accessories).
- All items must be unaltered, unworn, and unwashed.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept Cash on delivery deliveries. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

EXCHANGES:
- Items can only be exchanged based on the buyer's original size order.
- There is no guarantee that the items you want will be available by the time we receive your returned items.
- In a situation where the item of choice is no longer available, the buyer can choose another available item of equal value from our shop.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION
Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our prices change in response to various factors. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

PROCESSING TIME:
Kindly allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed, after which it will be shipped out.

Shipping rates vary depending on your shipping location and the weight of your order

ITEM(S) NOT DELIVERED?
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once dispatched, the postal service is responsible for ensuring packages are delivered. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package has been confirmed untraced.

CUSTOM CHARGES:
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. These charges are your personal responsibility. Wami By Elizaveta has no control over these charges as they vary between countries.
