I had an excellent experience with this supplier! They customized my order using the fabric of my choice and even shortened the garment to suit my height. I needed this piece to complete my outfit to wear to my daughter's wedding. It's stunning!
This dress is HUGE. I ordered by bust size. It does fit in the bust but it's HUGE everywhere else. I don't think I'll return it because I'm not sure how much a return would cost and how long it would take. I may take the dress to a taylor.
Well I went to return it today...the cheapest rate was $44....and the address I was given for the return.....was very hard for the shipping place to figure out. I'll be keeping the dress...maybe have it altered if possible

Collar size
Measure around the neck at the neck.
Chest size
Measure around your bust where it is wider by placing the tape measure under the arms and over the shoulder blades.
Waist size
Measure in the hollow of the waist.
Hip size
Keep your feet together and measure the widest part.
Crotch tower
Measure the top of the crotch up to the ankle bone.

Sleeves are a different colour around the edge and looks a bit different.
