Refunds and Exchanges

• No exchanges or refunds.
• Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
• Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

We take extra care in fulfilling orders to ensure the customer is happy with their order. However if our order falls short of your expectations you can return it for an exchange with any other product of your choice.
