The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer - you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. Please make sure you have

To benefit from our wholesale pricing we have a minimum order amount of $700

Samples:
If you require a sample ahead of committing to bulk, then we can send you one at the wholesale price (plus delivery cost)
Prices and delivery charges
The delivery charge for each order will vary. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will be no additional charges.
We offer worldwide shipping but please note: all charges for duties and the carrier’s collection fee are in addition to the delivery of your order and shall be paid exclusively by you. You should contact your local customs office for further information. The amount of any applicable duties, tariffs and taxes will vary based on a multitude of factors,
including items such as the destination of origin or the classification of the merchandise being purchased.

Ordering/conclusion of contract
The ordering options available to you are via email or our web-shop once it is completed.
Once you have placed your order, and supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we
will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method
used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, a representative will contact you to settle the refund.

Delivery
Our garments will be specially created for you; we aim to deliver within 3-4 weeks following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. This also depends on
destination. You will receive an email and phone alerts confirmation with your expected delivery details. We will confirm the shipping of your order after we received the
full payment.You can check the status of your order directly with the appointed carrier with the tracking-number provided to you in our email with dispatch confirmation.

Withdrawal of Order
You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 7 days after receipt of the ordered items, please send us an email as soon as possible to
[email protected] our shop assistant will guide you through your order. Please note that special & customised orders can only be returned if faulty.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible and, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified. Once you have received
your online order, please refer to our return instructions included with your shipment.

Returns & Exchange
Yaws Creations guarantees a full refund of the returned items, provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items
should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

We will do our best to accommodate exchange requests, but given the limited inventory of our highly exclusive items, exchanges are subject to availability in the size you
require and may take up to a month to complete. Please note that special & customised orders can only be returned if faulty.
Guarantee
If there are defects in the items you have purchased, Yaws Creations abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or
manufacturing faults in items that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know.
