Zaïkabé is a young brand whose collection is exclusively "upcycling". From decoration to home and garden, jewelry and fashion accessories crafted in recycled materials. Unique pieces or small series, quality, handmade and original selected from artisans recyclers and organizations carrying ethical values and solidarity. The Zaïkabé collection is made in Burkina Faso, Madagascar or Morocco, and other origins of the African continent according to the meetings and my travels (Mali, Zimbabwe ...).
Weared and personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
Sale Policy
Orders are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts are the only ones competent. Zaïkabé products are available in Metropolitan France by mail or via Relay. The indicated times are normal average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times, except during periods of absence during which orders can be placed but will be sent only on the indicated date of reopening of the shop. The products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order. Zaïkabé can not be held responsible for the consequences due to delayed delivery. In the event of payment by credit card the time limits indicated above run from the day of registration of the payment and correspond to the processing and delivery times. The customer must notify the carrier and Zaïkabé of any reservations on the delivered product (eg damaged package, already opened, etc.) upon receipt of the package (s). Depending on the case, the customer can benefit from an exchange or a refund. The characteristics of the products offered by Zaïkabé are likely to be slightly different from those described in the product sheets and the photographs which do not fall within the contractual field, because the articles are handcrafted, handcrafted from recycled materials and each piece being unique. Since the materials used are recycled, they may present imperfections without Zaïkabé being held responsible. The responsibility of SASU Zaïkabé can not be engaged if there are errors or variations of colors, patterns or size.
