We are permanently adding new products and the ranges are constantly being renewed, so we invite you to visit our shop regularly to keep you informed of our new products.
We are happy to share with you our handmade Moroccan product 100 % handmade and of very high quality, All of our Products are Authentic and hand-decorated. We offer a variety of patterns and colors all handmade.
Personalized items will not be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
Refunds are made on your ANKA virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.

What Are Your Opening Times?
You are able to make an order at any time. Our studio is open on the weekends.
Please also note that we are based in Morocco so there may be a time difference if you are in another part of the world.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
Please notice that we prepare and ship from Monday till Saturday. NOT including Sunday.
Can I Return My Item?
"Zelis Leather" wants you to be happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can return your item for a full refund.
Any returned items must be completely unused, in their original condition and with all security tags still attached. Refunds are not given on used items.
If you wish to exchange an item, you can go ahead and purchase the item you prefer in the usual way after your refund has been processed.
All refunds are made within 7 working days of receiving the item. Please note that this period may be extended during holiday periods.
How can I fill my POUF ?
It's very easy to fill the pouf by using your old cushions, sheets, towels, old newspaper or cotton. You will have to roll them and stuff them in, It's the most economical ways to fill in the pouf, and makes no difference.
Take care of your Pouf:
To preserve the colour and shine of the leather, clean it regularly with a dry microfibre cloth to gently wipe the surface without any dust or debris that accumulates. To prevent leather from changing colour naturally in the sun, do not place it directly next to a sunny window
Take care of your bag
For routine maintenance, pass body milk or even make-up remover on your leather handbag with cotton. Let dry and wipe with a clean cloth on the entire surface of your bag
