1. What Condition should the item be for returns?
a. Items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags still attached via DHL to the address below. Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be refunded, accepted or returned to the customer.

b. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
c. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories).
d. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

2. What are the Terms for Exchanges?
We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items get back to us, so we cannot accommodate exchanges. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. You'll be able to use this to order another item.
The gift card never expires.

3. Who is Responsible for Return Shipping Cost?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping an exchanged item back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do not use FedEx or UPS!

4. Do you accept damaged items?

Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $20.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).

5. Do you have Store Credits for Items Returned?
Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once we receive them. Please allow 3-5 days to process your return. Your E-gift card covers the purchase price and tax if applicable.

6. How soon should we notify you before Cancellations?
Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

7. Do you adjust your Prices Regularly?
Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so, unfortunately, we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.

8. What are your Processing times?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, after which it will be shipped out.

9. How are the Shipping rates Calculated?
Calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

10. Do Pre-Order Items have the same Processing times as regular items?
Items listed as ‘PRE-ORDER’ have longer processing times. Dispatch dates are stated in the product description and vary between items.

10. What happens if my Item is not delivered?
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may be delayed. Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the courier service to ensure packages are delivered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however, items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.

11. Who is responsible for Customs Charges?
All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. ZOHAROUS has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
