Return and Refund policy
Afrocessoriesco accepts return of unworn, undamaged, and unwashed products within 30 days after reception. A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to be eligible for a full refund.
For jewelry, we advise you to inspect the product on arrival and reach out to us if there is any flaw in workmanship. For a full refund, make sure the product is unwon and the tag is still intact and is sent back within 15 days of reception.
To start the return process, send an email to [email protected]. Once we have accepted your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and additional shipping instructions. International return shipping charges, custom duties, and any other charges to be paid by customer.
Once the product is inspected and the return is accepted, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Note that payments involving your bank can sometimes take time to process and post a full refund.
