Remboursements et échanges

• Satisfait ou remboursé 15 jours après réception.
• Le remboursement ou l'échange d'articles portés n'est pas pris en charge.
• Frais de port à votre charge, en cas de remboursement ou échange.
• Les remboursements s'effectuent toujours sur votre portefeuille virtuel ANKA. Vous pouvez utiliser ce crédit pour acheter un autre article sur le site ou vous le virer sur votre compte bancaire.

All products are shipped in the order in which they are received

Ready made orders will be shipped within 3-5 business day

Made to Order items will have a processing time of 7-14 business days. After processing it will be shipped as a regular order.
Depending on the work load some orders may be shipped out early

Please note that because these items are made to order, there may be some slight variation in color / pattern as well as the occasional thumb print or little imperfection here or there.

No refunds but I gladly accept returns and exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
