Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-7 business days

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Custom and personalized orders
Each bag or accessories can be made uniquely base on specifications given. However, custom order will take 3 to four weeks to process and deliver. As it is a first come first serve basis.

We suggest that you take care of each bag in its entirety. Due to the fact, each collection is made out of unique materials, please follow care instructions to ensure longevity. We do not recommend harsh chemical treatments as they could negatively impact the finishing of your product. 1. All items are unique and handmade, meaning no two items will be exactly alike. Interior/exterior Ankara(African print) of bags will always differ, but styles remain the same. 2. Actual colors can be slightly different than shown in the picture. 3. Please feel free to ask any questions before you purchase to ensure a good experience on both sides. 4. In the rare case where two or more customers check-out the same item at the same time, we will serve on a first come first serve basis. 5. Since this is a small business, all sales will be considered as-is and final - but we will be happy to discuss any issues and try to find an amicable solution where feasible.

Depending on the usage of your bag, clean your bag quarterly...
Skins and leather are like Human skin; it needs to care for. It is important you keep your bag store and cover, to prevent it from dust, and moisture. Do not use any liquid to clean your bag.
Use dry cloth in the direction of the snakeskin
Use a dry cloth to wipe leather and Ankara parts of the bag
