Please note that sales of made to order, customised or personalised items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Local Orders
We accept for exchange, un-used items in the condition received/purchased and its original packaging, within 7 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders.
Cost of returns will be borne by the Customer.
We only offer a refund if the product is defective.
Please note that Custom Orders are non-refundable.
International Orders
International orders are not eligible for returns unless the product is defective.
Kindly contact [email protected], within з days of receipt to discuss options of refund/exchange. Any shipping charges applied to the order will not be refunded.
