Sale Policy

International - All our parts are designed and manufactured in Zambia. We ship worldwide and upon receipt of payment, it will take 2-3 days to process your order and thereafter will be shipped via DHL Express or USPS which takes around 5-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number for all products.

Returns and Exchanges - If you need to return or exchange goods, kindly first send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. The return must be in an approved and salable condition within 7 days from when you received it. You are responsible for the return costs. Please note that the original shipping charges are not refundable. All exchanges will incur additional shipping charges for the item to be returned.
