Terms and Conditions for TribalTouchbyHipeine 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and placing an order with TribalTouchbyHipeine (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"), you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms apply to all products sold on the Anka platform, including handmade beaded/stoned jewelry, beaded bags, shoes, and braided wigs (collectively, “Products”). 2. Product Information and Customization * Handmade Variance: All our jewelry, bags, and shoes are meticulously handmade in the spirit of quality and originality. Due to the nature of crafting, slight variations in color, size, bead placement, and stone setting may occur between the product image and the item you receive. This is not a defect, but a mark of authentic handmade artistry. *Wigs and Hair: Braided wigs are carefully crafted. Color and style may appear slightly different depending on screen resolution. We encourage you to carefully read the specific description of the fiber (human hair blend, synthetic, etc.) before purchasing. * Custom Orders: For custom jewelry or shoe requests, all specifications (size, color, design) must be confirmed in writing (via email or Anka messaging). Production will begin only after full payment is received and the design is confirmed. Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. 3. Pricing and Payment * All prices are listed in the currency specified on the Anka platform. * We reserve the right to change prices for Products at any time without notice. * Payment is processed securely through the Anka platform. We accept all payment methods supported by Anka. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed. 4. Shipping and Delivery * Processing Time: Because our items are handmade, please allow for a specific processing time (eg, 3-5 business days for jewelry, 7-14 business days for shoes/wigs) before shipping. This time is required to ensure the quality and finish are perfect. * Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the item. * Delivery Estimates: Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier (eg, DHL, FedEx, NIPOST). While we put in the hustle to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or circumstances outside of our control. * Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties levied by the destination country. These charges are outside of our control. 5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds * General Policy: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. * Eligibility: To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. * Non-Returnable Items: * Custom or personalized orders. * Braided wigs (due to hygiene reasons). * Pierced earrings (due to hygiene reasons). *Items marked as Final Sale. * Shipping Costs for Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (eg, incorrect or damaged item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 6. Care Instructions To ensure your handmade accessories and wigs retain their shine and long life: * Jewelry: Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfumes, and strong chemicals. Store in a dry place. * Shoes/Bags: Clean gently with a damp cloth. Avoid heavy scrubbing. *Wigs: Follow specific wig care instructions provided with your order. 7. Limitation of Liability TribalTouchbyHipeine will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of our products.
