Purchases through this Store
All purchases made through this store are subject to our acceptance. This means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any transaction, in our sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. Maison Aria reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on Products offered on and outside of this store without incurring any obligation to you. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice, and Maison Aria reserves the right to revoke any offer to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensure timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods, their cost, and the estimated delivery date of your order. Please note that orders may take 1-12 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and the final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We offer DHL to most locations (Domestic & Internationally).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Maison Aria, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items, please send your item(s) back to our Distribution Center in accordance with the following Return Policy:

Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.
Wrong size ordered by customers are returnable at a restocking fee of 50%. Use our size guide only to make all purchases on this platform
Maison Aria reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for Final Sale or stale items.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received at our Distribution Center.
Maison Aria does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Ownership and Content
All content material on the store including, but not limited to, images, designs, photographs, videos, audio clips, graphics, pictures, advertising copy, and the overall arrangement or “look and feel” of such materials including copyrightable material, as well as trademarks, logos, and service marks that belong to either Maison Aria, its licensors, licensees or other third parties (collectively the “Content”).
