Conditions de vente

1. Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions and images on our site accurately represent the items sold. However, colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting or screen display settings.

2. Returns and Exchanges
If an item is damaged upon arrival or not as described, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.
3. Return Process

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or not as described.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.
