Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for customs duty and import costs that they may be charged in the country in which the item is delivered.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A size guide is provided in the description of every one of our shop listings. Please refer to the size guide before choosing your size. If you are in between sizes, it is best to choose the bigger size.

Size 34/XS waist: 27 inches, bust: 33 inches. Same as US4/UK8.
Size 36/S waist: 29 inches, bust: 35 inches. Same as US6/UK10.
Size 38/M waist: 30 inches, bust: 36 inches. Same as US8/UK12.
Size 40/L waist: 32 inches, bust: 38 inches. Same as US10/UK14.
Size 42/XL waist: 34 inches, bust: 40 inches. Same as US12/UK16.
Size 44/XXL waist: 36 inches, bust: 43 inches. Same as US14/UK18.
Size 46/3XL waist: 39 inches, bust: 46 inches. Same as US16/UK20.
Size 48/4XL waist: 42 inches, bust: 49 inches. Same as US18/UK22.

Custom and personalized orders:

Please note that we do not accept refunds on clothes that have been adjusted to your exact measurements.

For our pre-order and custom made items we will gladly accept as many measurements as you can give us before-hand so that we can provide you with the perfect fit. All pre-order items are indicated on the product description tab.

Care instructions:

Wash with a mild detergent in cold water only, or use a steamer to clean the clothes.
Iron on the reverse side with a cool iron, or use a steamer.
Do not dry clean, as some prints may change colour during the dry cleaning process.
Do not machine wash. Do not bleach.
