• Les remboursements s'effectuent toujours sur votre portefeuille virtuel ANKA. Vous pouvez utiliser ce crédit pour acheter un autre article sur le site ou vous le virer sur votre compte bancaire.

Shipping
Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service within 3-5 business days. Expected delivery is within 5-7 business days from the day of purchase. For International shipping please email us your shipping address and the items you would like to purchase for shipping rate and duration.
Return
We are confident that you will absolutely love every outfit you purchase from Studio One Afrique. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return the item. Please write your reason for return on the original invoice and include.
*Order must be returned within 7 days of the date postmarked, in the originally new and unworn condition. An item that is deemed worn or returned after the 7 days will not be refunded and will be shipped back only at the customer's request and expense.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping their return back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost through the mail. That would be handled through the mail carrier used.
***Sale items are not returnable therefore not eligible for refunds.
Refund
Item once verified and approved for a refund would be credited back to the original mode of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the item to process your refund.

When making a purchase from the website, you represent that any credit information you supply is true and complete; charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

*Our clothing are made of authentic African print fabric with 100% cotton or a mixture of cotton and other fabric types and may sometimes have thread or color imperfections. This is part of the integrity of the fabric. It is not a defect and does not affect the quality of your garment.
*This high quality cotton fabric does not give because it does not have any stretch in it. It is good to put this into consideration when selecting sizes. If you have any questions or assistance please contact us.
