Fonio, also known as 'Acha' in Nigeria, is a high fiber, easily digestible gluten free grain grown in West Africa. It is packed with nutrients and essential amino acids, rich in Protein and Iron, and a good source of Magnesium, Phosphorus and Dietary Fiber.
The Iron in Fonio reduces tiredness and fatigue, while the Protein and Fiber promotes the feeling of fullness.
Fonio has a rich, slight nutty flavor and a texture much smaller than quinoa and couscous. It has a low glycemic index which makes it a perfect food for diabetics.
Our Raw Fonio is locally grown by smallholder farmers in Northern Nigeria, that practice sustainable and eco-friendly methods.
It is 100% natural, additive and preservative free.

At ANKA, we do not believe in the myth of predefined sizes. Each body is different and deserves an outfit just as unique. Therefore, to use this guide, we recommend using your measurements in inches (as explained below) rather than the "4 to 22" sizes.
From there you can select the corresponding international size for your order, and each seller will then be able to make sure to send the PERFECT fit for YOU!
