Launched in 2020 by Morenike McFaal, Saahel draws its inspiration from the African heritage, and the original and colorful prints artisans and tailors from the continent - use to manufacture our designs - at affordable prices.

Our brand focuses on serving the SAAHEL woman’s needs and fulfilling her fashion desires. The variety of fabrics, ranging from Bogolan to Indigo, Woodin and Kente, coupled to a craftsmanship acquired throughout the years, translate into the making of original and colorful collections, worn by our customers, wherever they are in the world.

Our ultimate goal is to establish an international footprint – to allow the world to access originally MADE IN AFRICA collections that dress la FEMME SAAHEL. In so doing, we will expose the immense talent of African designers, tailors, shoemakers, and jewelers, and contribute to the socioeconomic development of the fashion industry of the continent.
Born out of the realization of a strong need for fashion rooted in African fabrics, Saahel responds to a pent-up demand from places all over the world.

Returns & exchanges

We do not proceed to exchanges.

For all return inquiries, please contact us at [email protected] before proceeding to shipment to be informed on international procedures, as well as given the correct address to send your package back.

Pop up sales items, final sale items and items on sale cannot be returned.

We only accept returns on online regular priced items within 10 days of delivery.

All returns would have to be made with acknowledged receipt to ensure proper reception to our warehouse in Togo or Senegal.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs pertaining to the return of your item.

If you chose to ship back the merchandise via another carrier, any additional cost to retrieve the merchandise on our hand such as taxes will be deducted of your refund.

Attn : your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the items you purchased will be refunded.

Refunds

We do offer a refund upon returns and for regular priced items only.

Pop up sales items, final sale items and items on sale cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have properly received your item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, if such is the case.

Once approved for a refund, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a time-frame which will be provided to you. Usually, within a few days.

In case your refund is not approved, a discount equivalent to the sum of the returned article(s) will be offered for further purchase.
