Unfortunately, I had no good experience with the product or the seller. It was supposed to be express, but it took a month. Moreover, it was not what I had expected, and when I tried to negotiate a new one, she did not respond to my messages anymore. The qua ity of the braid is good, tho. The qu ity is here but not the customer service.
Here’s my honest take on this wig and experience with this site. The wig itself is well constructed. The issue I have is that the listing said human hair and this is clearly not human hair. I installed the wig after having had to put products in it to significantly reduce the frizz. It is extremely knotted and frizzes after a few hours of wearing. With products and when wet it looks good but that lasts all about an hour of wearing then the frizz starts. Initially I had about 10 times the amount of hair shown shed before installing the hair. I slept with a bonnet and wake up to frizzy hair again and have to go through using my fingers to untangle it and adding more product to reduce the frizz. Every time about the amount of hair shown in the sink comes off. I requested a refund as this is not what I wanted to purchase. If the listing says human hair that’s what the wig should be made of not synthetic hair which frizzes in a few hours. The cost to ship the product back won’t even make sense to do as I’d be spending almost half of the cost of the wig to ship it to the seller. I asked the seller for her phone number so I could create the shipping label she told me the wig needs to be in its original form and refused to send her number. I understand that yes it would be difficult to accept a used wig but the wig clearly is not made of human hair as described. So I’ll just take this as a loss on my part and keep the wig and try to figure out how to make it work as I’ve already spent money to purchase it. I will definitely not be buying another wig from this seller or site as the return shipping cost is way too much to make sense to return the item. I keep getting an error when trying to add pictures for reference but will do my best to add pictures to this review.
I see the seller has a money back guarantee I will look into getting money back for this purchase as the wig is not as described.
