Eligibility for Returns:
Only unused, unworn, and unaltered wigs are eligible for return.
Wigs must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Custom-made or made-to-order wigs are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Clearance items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Window:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.
How to Request a Return:
Contact us via message on this platform with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return approval before sending back the item.
Once received and inspected, a refund (minus shipping costs) will be processed or store credit issued.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Important Notes:
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Wigs that show signs of wear, have been styled, cut, or altered in any way will be rejected.
